Hotel was kind, we had a lovely time and would stay here again. Tranquil location to a spandrel arch bridge. Deluxe queen room had a beautiful view and art. Breakfast was perfect, plenty of exceptional fruit, cakes, meats, boiled eggs and pastries.

I loved prime location of the hotel, its fabulous staff and double superior rooms. The continental breakfast was nice hot and had fruit, cakes, meats, hardboiled eggs and pastries. Amazing design, superb service in the entire property. Bottled champagne and wines in the lobby bar, convenient parking place.

Quiet location, very clean rooms. The staff were PROFESSIONAL throughout our stay. Furthermore, Wi-Fi was available here. Cozy base for shopping. As picky eaters we thoroughly enjoyed to be close to lots of restaurants, went to Trattoria Mario couple of times, it was 5 mins walk away.

breakfast was good. ponte vecchio and other places worth exploring were a short walk to the hotel. we appreciated the food and location here.
